Next Group Conscience Meeting is on Sunday October 27, 2024 at 1 PM EDT in the VONR Zoom Room: meeting ID 972 572 0352, password 121212.
Our business meetings are called our Group Conscience (GC) meetings, which are usually held the fourth Sunday of every month at 1pm Eastern time in our Zoom room. On holiday weekends, our GC Meetings are postponed until the following Sunday.
If you consider VONR your “Home Group,” you are welcome to attend and vote. If VONR is not your “Home Group,” you are still welcome to attend the meeting, and we ask that you refrain from voting.
Members may submit a motion for a GC meeting to GCChair@voicesofnicotinerecovery.com by the Wednesday before the Sunday of that month’s GC Meeting. Reports should be submitted to Secretary@voicesofnicotinerecovery.com by the Wednesday before the Sunday of that month’s GC Meeting.
After the GC Meeting begins, we ask that everyone refrain from typing on the screen. Raise your hand to be recognized before taking the mic. We follow Roberts Rules of Order, and try to keep our meetings limited to two hours.
In the event of urgent business, we hold an emergency GC meeting, which will be announced on our message board (forum) and in meetings (if possible time wise).
