VONR 18th Anniversary Marathon! October 15-16th.
Join us for fellowship, fun, speakers, and pancakes.
Welcome to the Voices of Nicotine Recovery (VONR), a Nicotine Anonymous Intergroup. You have found what we believe is the best place on the Internet to quit smoking or using nicotine* and recover from your nicotine addiction! Some of our meetings take place on Paltalk, an audio meeting platform, and some take place on Zoom. Please see the Calendar & Meetings page for more specific information.
It is our intention that this website might help newcomers
get to know about us and our program of recovery,
Nicotine Anonymous (NicA). We are a group of nicotine addicts
who gather together to support each other and to learn about 12-step recovery. We invite you to read the literature available on the NicA website, such as the pamphlets, and Nicotine Anonymous: The Book. All are available to purchase through Amazon or NicA’s online store. Also check out these helpful VONR resources:
- Calendar & Meetings and how and when to find us
- VONR Forum where we congregate between meetings
- Speaker Shares from our members
- Service Opportunities to give back what’s so freely given
- Events for gathering in recovery
*It is NOT necessary for you to have quit using nicotine in order to join us. Our group is for our members and run by our members. All are welcome! Please feel free to join the VONR Forum at https://voicesofnicotinerecovery.discussionforum.co/ , introduce yourself and ask any questions you might have. We would love to have a chance to get to know you, and to have you join us on our journey of recovery from nicotine.
Nicotine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women helping each other to live our lives free of nicotine. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other so that we may be free from this powerful addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using nicotine. There are no dues or fees for Nicotine Anonymous membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. Nicotine Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization or institution; does not engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any cause. Our primary purpose is to offer support to those who are trying to gain freedom from nicotine.
We offer support of our 7th Tradition: Every Nicotine Anonymous group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions. To make a contribution to the VONR Virtual Basket, click on the Donate or Subscribe button below. Contributions support the this website, our speaker shares, donations to NicA World Services, and other expenses approved by Group Conscience.
