Welcome to Nicotine Anonymous! We are the Voices of Nicotine Recovery (VONR), a Nicotine Anonymous Intergroup. You have found what we believe is the best place on the Internet to quit smoking or using nicotine* and to recover from your nicotine addiction. Some of our meetings take place on Paltalk, an audio meeting platform, and some are held on Zoom. Please see our Calendar & Meetings page for more specific information.
Founded in 2004, we are an Intergroup of online Nicotine Anonymous (NicA) meetings. Our purpose is to offer support to those who are trying to gain freedom from nicotine. We have several online platforms for our weekly meetings, marathons, communication between members, and our hundreds of speaker shares.
We invite you to visit the Nicotine Anonymous (NicA) website for more information about worldwide meetings. There are pamphlets and books available on the NicA website, available for purchase through Amazon or NicA’s online store. Also check out these helpful VONR resources:
- Events at for gathering in recovery

*It is NOT necessary for you to have quit using nicotine in order to join us. To become a member, the only requirement is a desire to live nicotine free.
Preamble
Nicotine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women helping each other to live our lives free of nicotine. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other so that we may be free from this powerful addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using nicotine. There are no dues or fees for Nicotine Anonymous membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. Nicotine Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization or institution; does not engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any cause. Our primary purpose is to offer support to those who are trying to gain freedom from nicotine.
7th Tradition
We offer support of our 7th Tradition: Every Nicotine Anonymous group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions. Contributions support this website, our speaker shares, donations to NicA World Services, and other expenses approved by Group Conscience.
